I am Lily Kelly and I want to thank you for checking out my blog today. I am going to talk about ways for you to find happiness and contentment in your life everyday, regardless of how much you weigh. As women we are often in one of the four stages of weight management;
1. Thinking about a diet
2. Dieting
3. Feeling guilty about our weight but not in the right mindset to start yet another diet
4. Maintaining our weight.
How often do we put off life's pleasures whilst in one or more of these stages?
How often have you said "I'll buy new clothes when I lose weight" or "I'll go on holiday when I am thinner"?
My intention is to help motivate to love the body you are in right now, and live your life ever day with the joy and happiness you deserve.
I am looking forward to getting to know you and being a small part of your journey as you find yourself and enjoy being you, every day.
